Terms & Conditions

  1. If you are unhappy with the service you received, you must inform me on the same day so the issue can be rectified.

  2. Any cleans that are cancelled less than 24hrs notice will occur a charge. Any cleans cancelled on the same day will be charged the full quoted amount. 

  3. Please be honest about the size of your property including the number of bedrooms / bathrooms, and if it's a standard clean or it involves a more thorough clean, this is so I can price your clean effectively. 

  4. All services must be paid for via bank transfer or cash, invoices get sent at the end of every month, and must be paid within 7 days, if no payment is made you will occur a charge.

  5. Under no circumstances are prices or quotes to be discussed with any of my staff, no payments are also not to be made to my staff for any work carried out.
